APSASOL AMOXICILINA 500
Amoxicillin trihydrate 500 mg/g.
Target species and indications:
Broiler chickens, ducks and turkeys: Treatment of pasteurellosis and colibacillosis, caused by strains of amoxicillin-susceptible Pasteurella spp. and Escherichia coli. Swine: For the treatment of infectious processes caused by amoxicillin-susceptible strains of Streptococcus suis.
Dosage and Administration:
Swine: 40 mg of medicine/kg of b.w./day, for 4 days in drinking water. Broiler chickens: 30 mg of medicine/kg of b.w./day, for 5 days in drinking water. Broiler ducks: 40 mg of medicine/kg of b.w./day, for 3 days in drinking water. Broiler turkeys: 30 – 40 mg of medicine/kg of b.w./day, for 5 days in drinking water.
Withdrawal period:
Meat: Swine: 6 days. Broiler chickens: 1 day. Broiler ducks: 9 days. Broiler turkeys: 5 days. Eggs: Its use is not authorised in layers whose eggs are intended for human consumption. Do not use within 4 weeks from the start of laying.

Turkeys: 75 – 100 mg tylosin per kg BW per day for 3 – 5 days Broiler Chickens: For the treatment of chronic respiratory disease: 75 – 100 mg tylosin per kg BW per day for 3 – 5 days. From whole product Pre ruminant Calves: 0.54 gm-1.08gm of product per 50 kg BW twice daily for 7 - 14 days.
